We’ve created two different websites: one for sci-fi and one for fantasy to make it easier for you to find what you’re looking for among the thousands of products we sell.

Unfortunately, the shopping carts cannot be connected, so if you want to purchase items from both sites, you will need to place two separate orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

However, if you would like to receive both orders in one package, please let us know after placing your orders. We will refund any extra shipping charges and make sure our packaging team sends them together.

We don’t collect any taxes or fees on your behalf, so you may pay the customs fees according to the law of your country while collecting the package.

We don’t accept returns at the moment

Resin-cast miniatures are usually shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment.
3D-printed miniatures – within 14 days of receiving payment.
However, handling times could take longer sometimes (because of big sales, missile strikes on our energy infrastructure, etc.).

Please pay attention! Shipping is from Ukraine (outside the EU and US)

• We provide combined international trackable airmail shipping.
• We ship worldwide, but some countries are temporarily or permanently banned.
• Free shipping is available for orders bigger than 200 EUR.

Postage and shipping could take much more time (14-60 days) during the war in Ukraine.

Ukraine has a rough time with logistics because of the constant terrorist attacks from russia, so packages are going to Poland by land before taking off to the rest of the world.

Tracking information should be available within 3-5 days after shipping.
