Good news for EU customers: no surprise fees at delivery
From 1 July 2026 the EU has changed its import rules for parcels from outside the EU. To make sure your order arrives without extra charges or customs delays, we now collect EU VAT and the applicable import fees at checkout and pay them for you before the parcel is sent, through the official Ukrposhta PDDP system.
- For most EU destinations, the price at checkout is the final price. Your courier will not ask you for VAT, customs duty, or a handling fee on delivery.
- The prepaid amount covers three things: EU VAT at your country rate, a fixed customs duty of 3 EUR per product type in the parcel (all our products are the same type), and a small postal processing fee of about 1.50 to 2.00 EUR per parcel.
- This applies to orders up to 150 EUR, and may also apply to larger orders in the future. The rules are still being finalised, so we will keep this updated.
- A few EU countries cannot yet accept prepaid charges. If yours is one of them, your local post may still collect VAT and fees on delivery. We will tell you before shipping if this affects your order.
